What’s your sales and marketing strategy? How do you differentiate yourself in your market? What gives you your competitive advantage? What’s your marketing strategy? How do you manage and motivate your sales force?
Do you manage your company by financials? Do you have a budget? Would you have the necessary information you need to get a loan from a bank or other financial source? Do you intend to sell your company at some point, and if so, do you have all the things in place to do so successfully, or do you even know what they would be?
